We are considering offering a pricing method based on commission from assisted sales.

Assisted sale is a purchase that comes after the client interacts with at least one of our campaigns. We usually assist around 20% of total shop sales.

How do I pay?
Payments are monthly, can be made online using one of our payment integrations. We also accept online transfers or Paypal. For companies inside EU we don't apply VAT.
What services I receive?
You get acccess to our platform where you can create, edit and send your campaigns, along with the reporting section.
Is there an email limit?
Each plan includes free emails equaling 3 times the numbers of active users. If you exceed them, you will be charged $5 for 10.000 emails
How is assisted sales commission computed?
If users interact with any of our campaigns and buy afterwards, then it's an assisted sale. Therefore, total sale value will be added to influenced sales.
My business is unique, can we make a deal?
Yes. As long as both parties are happy we are open to discussions.
Can I change pricing plans?
Of course. You choose whatever option you want from our app. For the assisted sales method, there is a minimum of 50EUR/month and to make sure purchases are received correctly by our system. Those conditions are necessary to encourage platform use and to discourage abuses.
What does integration mean?
Two things are needed: javescript codes to follow user activity and product data feed to syncronize products (for online retailers only). View our help section.
Can I edit campaigns by myself?
Sure. You have access to visual editors, recipients segmentation and everything else. If there is something you don't understand, we are happy to help.
How are emails being sent?
By default we send our emails (both triggers, retargeting and email blasts) through sparkpost.com. Our system allows integration with almost any other email provider through SMTP or API.
